The knowledge-based economy is considered as one of the important concepts that has been given special attention in the above-mentioned legal documents of the I. R. Iran, including the general policies of the Resistive economy. knowledge-based economy is a basic need for developing countries such as Iran. Avoiding a knowledge-based economy greatly reduces competitiveness. Economics based on science and knowledge leads to the sustainable growth and development of society and ultimately the realization of a Resistive economy. Due to the importance of knowledge-based economy in the development of the country, the purpose of this study is to "study the current and favorable situation of Iran's economy based on knowledge-based economy-Resistive economy". The type of research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose. Also, in order to determine the current and favorable situation of Iran's economy based on knowledge-based economy-Resistive economy, a questionnaire was developed and analyzed using SPSS software and inferential statistics. The results showed that the situation of the variables "economic and institutional regime", " Information and communication technology" and " Resistive economy" in Iran in general does not have the desired average. However, the results show that the variables " educated and skilled population" and " innovation system " in Iran have a favorable average. To show the gap between the current and favorable situation of knowledge-based economy-Resistive economy variables in Iran, two-sample t-test was used, which according to the results, there is a significant difference between the current and favorable situation of all variables.

The basis of competition in knowledge-based companies is based on knowledge, and the company that can manage this category correctly and choose the right strategy for it will be the final winner of the competition. Therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to formulate possible scenarios and, as a result, appropriate strategies, by forecasting factors and components affecting knowledge management strategies in knowledge-based companies. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it is survey type and exploratory. The statistical population of this research was made up of 97 managers and experts in 46 knowledge-based companies located in Shiraz Chemical Industries Technology Town and which according to the type and stages of the research, 13-person, 6-person and 6-person teams were selected in a judgmental manner. In the first stage, 7 factors of organizational culture strategy, technology strategy, organizational strategy, structure strategy, organizational resources, knowledge management and environment were identified . Then, 20 Component were identified in the form of these factors and by reusing the subject literature. Then, using the Delphi method, the identified components were approved by a team of 13 experts. In the second stage, in order to determine the mutual effects, factors and components were included in 2 separate questionnaires and a team of 6 experts completed them. One of these questionnaires was developed for use in MICMAC analysis and the other for use in scenario Wizard software. The results of the scenario wizard software presented 4 acceptable (strong) scenarios, among which 3 optimistic, pessimistic and most likely scenarios were analyzed and the results of the corresponding scenarios were presented in 7 factors.

The main purpose of this article is to present the model of knowledge-based economy in higher education in Islamic Azad University of Tehran province. Materials and methods: The research method is applied in terms of objectives, qualitative data in terms of the type of study, and the data of the emerging foundation. based on the purposeful snowball sampling method and based on theoretical saturation, 17 experts were selected. The data collection tool is exploratory interviews. After data collection, their analysis was done in the form of open, central and selective coding, and based on the data analysis, a suitable model of knowledge-based economy in higher education was presented. Findings: The results of the research indicate that this model consists of six dimensions: causal factors, main phenomenon, contextual factors, strategic factors, intervening factors and consequences, and 15 components and 84 constructive indicators, which compared to other Models are more reliable; Therefore, the application and operationalization of the mentioned model can greatly help to improve the quality of higher education. Conclusion: The study of knowledge-based economics in Islamic Azad Universities can be a step towards improving the quality in the higher education system, especially at the level of schools and educational groups. be considered. To achieve this goal, dimensions and components are needed first knowledge-based economy should be identified and then, with appropriate management and planning, the field of improvement and promotion of knowledge-based economy and consequently the quality of university education should be provided.

This paper proposes a structural model for the analysis of correlation between knowledge economy index and sustainable development across the world. An analytical model is devised for investigation of the role of the major factors in the process of development. The proposed structural model is calibrated using statistical data from the World Bank, and the United Nations for national economies across the world. Findings of the study indicate a significant correlation between the knowledge economy index (KEI), and the sustainable development standard (SDS) in a large sample of world economies. According to findings of the model, we could also significantly validate the relevance of Kuznets' Environmental Curve.In conclusion, it is argued that advancement of a knowledge based economy, requires an evolutionary improvement of economic environment in the course of globalization.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study is to construct a model that identifies the components of the knowledge-based economy in order to promote its development through insights from experts.Methodology: This qualitative research employs a thematic analysis approach with a focus on professors, experts, and individuals knowledgeable about the subject. A total of 52 participants were selected using purposeful sampling and data was collected through semi-structured interviews.Findings: Initially, 1,535 codes were extracted, leading to 353 codes in the subsequent stage, and further refined to 42 secondary codes during the central coding phase. Ultimately, nine main codes were derived in the selective coding stage.Conclusion: Emphasizing the importance of a knowledge-based economy can enhance productivity, foster economic prosperity, and facilitate the creation and growth of knowledge-based enterprises. Such emphasis can also boost competitiveness, innovation, and success in global markets, ultimately leading to improved standards of living and sustainable development.Value: This research offers insight into the role of a knowledge-based economy in driving knowledge-based development within the country.

This research was carried out with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of the self-knowledge educational package based on the theory of existentialism on the illogical beliefs of communication on people. The statistical population included all married people who referred to counseling and psychological centers in Tehran's 1st and 3rd districts with marital problems. In the current research, experimental research method of quasi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test design with control group was used. In the research sample, 16 people who had a high level of irrational beliefs were selected voluntarily based on the answers to the voluntary questionnaire of counseling centers, and 8 people were randomly replaced in the experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was Adilson and Epstein's communication irrational beliefs questionnaire, which was conducted with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group and 12 data collection training sessions. Multivariate analysis of covariance or MANOVA method was used for data analysis. The results of the analysis of covariance in the Mankva text showed that in the main hypothesis, the analysis of covariance in the variable of couples' irrational beliefs (sig=0.02, F=6.059) is significant. The results of the sub-hypotheses also showed that the analysis of covariance in the variable of destructiveness, belief in the changeability of the spouse, belief in mind reading, belief in sexual perfectionism and sexual differences of couples is significant. the self-knowledge education based on the existentialism approach is effective on the irrational beliefs of married people.

Purpose: Due to the great damage that Corona has inflicted on the tourism industry, neglecting the future of tourism marketing can pose a serious challenge to this industry and economy and have irreparable consequences. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors, drivers and future scenarios of the tourism marketing.Method: The present study is applied-developmental in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in nature and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of methodology. The method of this research is scenario writing using MicMac software to identify key drivers and scenarios with Wizard scenario software.Findings: First, the future trends and meta-trends of post-corona tourism marketing were identified, of which 41 key trends and 8 meta-trends were identified. According to experts, 19 key factors in the future of tourism marketing in post- corona were identified using the cross-impact analysis and questionnaire completion. Then, using the cross-impact analysis questionnaire and with the help of the Wizard scenario software, two groups of favorable and unfavorable scenarios were identified.Conclusion: based on the research results, there are two favorable scenarios and two unfavorable scenarios that can help marketing and tourism policy-makers and decision-makers to take into account the effective factors and scenarios proposed for proper planning of industry in the post-Corona era.

The world starts new procedures and economy based on traditional factors of production, is replaced by knowledge and information based economy. knowledge and information play an essential role in growth and creation of added value in the developed and post industrialized countries. In this regard, the process of development of industrial societies shows that information and knowledge play a critical role in the development and industrialization of these countries.At first this research defines the types of knowledge and essential processes in the knowledge-based economies and then knowledge measurement index and characteristics of knowledge based economies are analyzed. In addition, the rank of Iran in the World Bank Index and characteristics of knowledge-based economy in comparison with Turkey, Pakistan and Kuwait and main challenges in this view are discussed. Some suggestions for improving the structure of knowledge-based economy are stated as well.The results show that, despite recent advances in the knowledge-based economy Iran has not developed the necessary infrastructures and still has not utilized the existing resources effectively.

The concept of knowledge-based economy has gained attention in recent years as a pathway to enhancing economic growth and development. In a knowledge-based economy, the primary value comes from knowledge, innovation, and technology. When this knowledge and innovation are integrated into production processes, a significant leap in production occurs. The transition to increased production through a knowledge-based economy requires active engagement and participation of the people to be effective and sustainable. Therefore, the formulation of a roadmap for the development of a knowledge-based economy is essential. This article emphasizes the necessity of this roadmap to achieve an operational model. It highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the country in developing a knowledge-based economy and outlines Iran's roadmap to becoming a regional leader in this sector. based on a qualitative data-driven method, eight strategies were developed by analyzing the opinions of ten experts whose expertise indicators had been previously determined, and then, using the Best-Worst Method (BWM), these strategies were ranked. Facilitating and reforming the intellectual property system with a weight of 0. 170, establishing an industry network to increase the efficiency and productivity of companies with a weight of 0. 151, and developing science and technology diplomacy in regional countries with a weight of 0. 134 ranked first to third, respectively. A roadmap has been drawn based on these strategies and their rankings to realize the development of a knowledge-based economy in Iran.
